Delete your Fomla account

Fomla — Goshen Labs

Fomla has no account unless you join the optional League, which uses your Google account. This page explains how to delete everything we hold about you on our servers. Study progress that stays on your phone is not on our servers; you clear it on the phone (see the end of this page).

Delete it in the app

Open Fomla and go to Profile.
Tap Delete my server data and confirm.

Or ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the app, email cliffordwilsonk@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Fomla account”. Please include your League nickname and school so we can find your record. We will delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Your League profile: nickname, avatar and school
Your daily challenge answers, times and points, and your weekly totals
Your entry on the League boards (the boards are refreshed to drop you)
The anonymous app ID and Premium verification record for the installation
The sign-in account that links your Google account to the app

What is kept

Your Google account itself: we do not control it. Manage it at myaccount.google.com.
Your Premium purchase: it belongs to your Google Play account, not to us. It stays valid and is verified again the next time you use it.
A request to add a school keeps the school name, town and region (not your account), so the school can still be added.
Order records that are no longer linked to any app ID may be kept as long as needed to handle refunds, chargebacks and fraud, and to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Data on your phone

Use “Reset all progress” in Profile, clear the app's data in your device settings, or uninstall the app.
